- Echar huevo mitad a sartén y extender. Repetir otra vez.

- Sacarlo a la tabla y cortar delgado.

- Sacamos salmón, le echamos aceite al sartén y calentamos salmón primero el lado de piel con fuego medio. Porque se quema rápido el mirin.

- Cuando quede quemadito piel, lo volteamos y tapamos con aluminio. Esperamos 4-5min

- Lo sacamos, quitamos aceite con papel de cocina y picamos con palillos y tenedor

- Hervimos 200 ml de agua y le echamos Hondashi, azúcar, salsa de soya, y mezclamos hasta que hierva.
- Le echamos champiñones y 5 min más

- Cortamos Surimi delgado
- Quitar agua de Chayote
- Sacamos todo arroz y le echamos vinagre, azúcar y sal. Mezclamos, hasta que enfríe poco.
- Le echamos Surimi, Salmón y Chayote a arroz. Mezclamos bien.

- Lo ponemos al plato y ponemos huevo arriba.
- Ya está listooooo! いただきます。
