  15. Al momento de hervir y tener la consistencia deseada, picar finamente la albahaca y agregar. Apagar el fuego
  16. Preparación y cocción
  17. Precalentar el horno a 220° C, alrededor de 10 a 15 minutos
  18. Una vez pasadas las 6 o 10 hr, sacar nuestra masa, trabajar con los dedos y palmas para conseguir la forma deseada (círculos, rectángulos, cuadrados, etc).
  19. Colocar nuestra masa en una charola pizzera o molde, agregar una película de salsa y los rellenos deseados (queso, carnes frías, hongos, mariscos etc).
  20. Hornear la pizza por 10 a 15 minutos a la altura media del horno. Sacar del horno y servir.
